All items from USWE BRAND are made-to-order, meaning each piece is printed specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind.

We do accept claims for:

  • Defective or damaged items
  • Wrong item received

To submit a claim:

Non-returnable items:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
  • Items reported after 30 days of delivery
